As opposed to what? Unnatural drugs? I find it kind of funny since they all have to come from some plant, animal, or mineral that is naturally here, but if you want my fave it would be women. :p

Define "natural drugs"; by definition anything that exists is actually natural and any process used to reap them is 'synthesis'. Hence any drug is arguably either synthetic or natural, no real division.
That aside, do you perhaps mean remedies which were used in the recent past but have been superceded in most cases by modern alternatives?
