I am interested in The Cross of Lorraine and its symbolism both as a Christian symbol,Templar motif and its quasi Political meanings.
Has anyone any information/views or ideas that they are willing to share with me about this enigmatic and much misunderstood symbol?

Mary isn't about meaningless crap. Mary is about selling a packaged religion to people who already had their own religious traditions; traditions that honored the Creative Force we are calling God as a mother, not a father.

Right on, man. I've been telling the same thing to everybody for years.

Still, I wouldn't burn any church...

Well, you might still be able to purchase redemption. Ah, the benefits of material needs. They mightn't pay taxes, but everybody needs toilet paper.

Hey Vlad...the caveat is that excommunicado such as myself can still enter the kingdom...just so long as I am redeemed by the very church that excomminicated me in the first place. It's all very screwy. Anyhow I figure why miss heaven by an inch when you can miss it by a mile

Jeez! If they don't stop excommunicating people via this bill and that, who's going to be left to turn the lights off/on?

okay here's some heavy reading for you although their logic is kinda "fuzzy" at times. Try "The Templar Revelation" by Lynn Picknett & Clive Prince (Touchstone/Simon & Schuster) ISBN 0-684-84891-0
It gives compelling arguments for Jesus not being the true messiah, the mystery of Mary Magdalene (why is she the only woman in the ENTIRE bible to have a last name, what is her relationship to Jesus etc etc??) whether Templars were Roman Catholics or heretics (I already am I read the Gospel according to St. Thomas...that's enough to ban me from heaven per the order of the Vatican!) Anyhow...tell me how you like to book...like I said tho' it's heavy reading...bring a thesaurus!

No. But you can find some very good books on the Templars and the allegations as to their being a foundation of Masonry.
