Okay long story short, before I started taking the pill (birth control for those that don't know) I had a really long period, and very violent mood swings. But once I started that all went away and others, and myself could actual stand putting up with me during that time of the month.

But now for some F***ing reason my insurance company switched my damn pills...now because of this bright idea, I'm breaking out again, and the mood swings are back in full force. Meaning I want to kill, more or less, anything that moves.

Has any other woman had this problem when switching pills?

I'd second talking to your doctor. I've never had any trouble with mine, but my sister and a lot of my friends took a long time to find the correct one. Everyone reacts to different combinations differently.

Although the active medicine found in the drug may be the same i.e. paracetamol in one preparation is the same in another. You do find differences in the excepients (i.e. the lactose, sucrose and other binders used to form the tablet) this can mean that certain individuals require a specific brand of drug over another.
Hope this makes sense.
