I discover i was in bad shape, im not that fat, but i have bad colesterol and too mutch sure, i had taken drastic mesure to prevent heart attack or health problem, since i have a 58 yrs old man heart and im 38yrs, this is sooo bad and my left leg my knew ache.   So im eating lots of fruits and vegies: brocolo, carrot , celeri,orange, apple , clementine, banana, im eathing weight watcher bagel whit light smoke salmons philadephia, sparkle water instead of  cola,cheeze loe in fact, bread low in fat , margarine low in fat, mayonaise low in fat, cereal , nutri bar, soup once again low in fat, and cheeze sandwitch that are low in fat.   I started the diet since thursday night , i drank skinned milk, eat stuff like couscous, drank juice whit no added sugar, drank my coffee black, no added rafinned sugar, i eat fish and withe meat non process food, i avoid porc and red meat.   What about it folk, i need to loose extra kilos, of unwanted bad collestrerol, and i most make sacrifice, delicious poutine forget it tasty pizza once again forget it fish and n chips once again forget it.   Im starting to feeling better allready...

Hey brother keep up the good work. It may become difficult to stick to that diet, but it will save your life. After a while of eating this way you will fell so much better and if you eat some of that crap (that we all love) there is a really good chance it won't be as good as you remember it. Oh yea, smoking is bad too lol.  It's good that you are doing something about it - don't give up. After a while it will be easy to eat healthy.
